京阪上栄町駅から、線路に沿って歩き、五分程。
門前には、京阪京津線の踏切があります。
Nichiren Buddhist temple.
From Keihan-Kamieicho Station, walk along the track, about 5 minutes.
There is a railroad crossing in front of the gate on the Keihan Kyotsu Line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 妙見様や稲荷様がお祀りされていらっしゃいます。正徳五年（1715年）をはじめ、安政年間（1850年ころ）や享保年間（1720年ころ）に奉納された石碑がおありでした
Myoken and Inari are enshrined. There were stone monuments dedicated to the Ansei era (around 1850) and the Kyoho era (around 1720), including the 5th year of Shotoku (1715).

電車が来る度に、山門前の踏切が鳴ると言う楽しいお寺さんです。
It is a temple where the Keihan-Keishin Line crosses the approach.
It's a fun temple where the railroad crossing in front of the mountain gate rings every time a train arrives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小さなお寺ながらも庭が綺麗に手入れされていました。
このときは二月なのに暖冬の為か梅？が咲いていました。
詳しくわないのですが鐘楼も天女みたいな人物が描かれていて作るのが大変だっただろうなと思いました。
他には妙光寺とは関係有りませんが直ぐ横に1921年に作られた［上関寺跨線橋］があり、JRの東海道線と京阪の京津線が現在も走っておりおり、現役で活躍していて凄いと思いました。
興味のある方にはオススメです。
The garden was beautifully kept in spite of being a small temple.
Is it plum in February because of warm winter? Was blooming.
I don't know the details, but I thought it would have been difficult to make the bell tower because it was painted with a person like a heavenly woman.
There is no other connection with Myoko-ji Temple, but there is a [Josenji Overpass] built in 1921 right next to it. JR Tokaido Line and Keihan Keitsu Line are still running and are currently active. I thought it was amazing.
Recommended for those who are interested.

境内は、京津線の線路で分断されている。
On the left side of the main hall, there are Myomiya and Bishamon-do.
The precincts are divided by the Keihan line.
