黒石はつゆやきそばの街ですが、私はここの味が一番好きです。元祖の店だそうです。
ラーメンとも違い、焼きそばとも違う絶妙な味です。
つゆやきそばが生まれたエピソードが店に書かれていますので、見てみると良いです。
ねぶたの絵が飾ってあり見応えがあります。
車は向かいの神社の駐車場にも停められます。

今日二回目でつゆ焼きそば大盛り頼みましたが、かなりボリュームたっぷりでお腹パンパンになりました。つゆ焼きそば以外にもチャレンジしてみます。
焼きそばもチャーハンも美味しくいただきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はるばる冬の黒石にやって参りました、勿論つゆ焼きそばが食べたくての遠征です、町並みがモニュメンタルで素敵です!つゆ焼きそばおいしかった、異文化に触れ最高の旅になりました、雪深いなか津軽弁に包まれ幸せです!

かなり好みが分かれる味だと思います。
私的には美味しくなかったです！
スープが有るので、出汁は取ってると思うのですが、ソースが強すぎてソースの味しかしません。
あのスープは飲みたいと思えないんです。
家でラーメンスープに多目にソース入れれば分かるかと思います。
塩焼きそばベースで塩味にするか、こってりラーメン系のスープにして、ソース風味位に留めた方が食べやすいかと思いました！
それでもインパクトは強烈です！
横手やきそばとは比べ物にならない程の味のインパクト！
それはそれで有りかとは思いました！
因みにミニチャーシュー丼のセットを食べたのですが、そっちも美味しい！と言う程ではありませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つゆに入っても濃かったので元々の焼そばはかなり濃いのかなと思います。普通の焼そばは650円でした。
ラーメンはちぢれ麺で美味しかったです。
It was thick even in the soup, so I think the original yakisoba is quite thick. Ordinary yakisoba was 650 yen.
The ramen was small and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチどきはお客様がどんどん入ってきてすぐにいっぱいになりました。チャーシュー丼とつゆ焼きそばのセットをお願いしました。
つゆ焼きそばはソースの味が結構強いのでラーメンみたいな味ではありませんが面白い味です。凧ラーメンなんてのもありましたが黒石のラーメン屋さんは面白いものを考えますね。
ミニチャーシュー丼は、つゆ焼きそばのつゆで味付けしてあるのではないでしょうか。なかなか面白い味のチャーシュー丼です。
お店には駐車場は２～３台しかとめれません。目の前の保食神社の横のスペースにかなり車がとまっているのでそこに車をとめていくのが良いかもしれません。

I think the mini char siu bowl is seasoned with soup made from soup noodles. It is a char siu bowl with a very interesting taste.
The shop can only park a few cars. There are quite a few cars parked in the space next to the Ukemochi shrine in front of you, so it might be a good idea to park your car there.
