ハンバーグ定食1250円は興味あります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 父親の会社近くのオススメだと帰省中に伺いました。
しかし残念ながら父親の老化を憂いてしまう結果となりました。
麺は柔らかく津軽地方のラーメンの割には縮れ具合が弱く残念な感じ。但し小麦の風味が残ってる点は良かったです。
スープは出汁が効いてるものの味は薄く、パンチは無く、同じ平川市の大十食堂の味を考えると悲しくなりました。
終いにはハエが入っていた為、もうリピートはしないと思います。

The noodles are soft and curly for the ramen in the Tsugaru region, which is a shame. However, it was good that the flavor of wheat remained.
Although the soup is soup stock, the taste is light and there is no punch, which made me sad considering the taste of Daiju Shokudo in Hirakawa City.
I don't think I'll repeat it anymore because there were flies at the end.

優しい煮干し系&椎茸系のスープに、柔らかめの麺が印象的です。
次回はご飯物を頂きたいです。

ここの焼肉定食が好きで時々来るんですが、
シンプルな味付けなんだけど豚バラの旨味を引き出す絶妙な味付け！
ご飯が進むので大盛りがオススメ。
だけど実は、付け合せの目玉焼きが絶妙な火加減でグッジョブでした。
いまどきタバコも吸えるし最高です♪
