ボリュームが少ないかな？と思いましたが
そんな事、感じさせない味と量でした。
親子丼とても美味しいです。うす味ですが
たまごのかたさ、生のようで、ちゃんと火が
通っている。店内も清潔だし、初めて星5つけてもいいと思わせてくれました。

ごめんくださいと言いそうになる玄関で靴を脱ぎます。
究極とまでうたっている親子丼とミニラーメンセットをオーダーしました。
親子丼、しょっぱかったー。
もうちょっと薄口の方が、究極感が引き立つと思いましたが・・・
醤油ラーメンもごくごく普通でした。
私が入店したときにほぼ満席でしたが、お母さんが一人で調理しているわりには、親子丼を食べられる時間まで早かったです。
味噌カレー牛乳ラーメンをオーダーしている方多数でした。
でも、このラーメンは青森市で食べるものと勝手な思い込みで今回はオーダーしませんでした。

究極の親子丼は卵はとろとろで、肉も歯応えがあって、塩気もちょうどよかった。
かかってるツユが多かったのも好み。
他にもまだ食べたいメニューあるので再訪だな。
