真	真人大島 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青い森鉄道線三沢駅から約13km、おじゃれ和屋さんに来店しました。おじゃれ和屋さんは北里大学前のメインストリートにあります。ランチメニューは唐揚げ定食、カツ丼などがメインのようです。普通盛りよりも玉子二倍＆ライス大盛りの特盛カツ丼810円を注文。注文の時に更に大盛りに出来るか聞きましたが、出来ませんと却下(笑) ＊特盛カツ丼直径約25cmの大きな丼には、カツの玉子とじとご飯が八分目位に盛り付け。料理を丼ごと計量すると1832g、後に空の丼を計量すると937g。特盛カツ丼は実質895gの重さがあり、なかなかのボリューム。その内訳はご飯700g（二合）、カツの玉子とじ237gと分析しました。厚さ約1.5cmのロースカツを玉子とみつばで半熟にとじている。ロースカツの肉質、玉子の半熟具合、そしてダシの塩梅それぞれが良い。ダシの甘味と塩加減のバランスが良く、それが玉子とカツの旨味を引き立てる。＊味噌汁ダシの風味はほとんど感じられないごく平凡な味わいの味噌汁。評価★★★☆ 特盛り度★★★☆ 特盛りカツ丼は味わい、ボリューム、価格共に三拍子揃っていると思います。 About 13km from Misawa Station on the Aoimori Railway Line, I visited Ojare Waya.
