★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は広くて綺麗です。が、従業員の電話応対に驚愕しました。友達感覚でラフ感を出してるのでしょう、正直イラッとしました。通話の途中で切れ、普通は『大変申し訳ございません』だと思うんですが半笑いで『ごめんなさいねー』で終わりました。
それから別件ですが従業員同士の車検業務引き継ぎがなっていなく、車両引き渡し日が延び二度手間になりました。
もうこの店舗とは縁を切ります。
The store is large and beautiful. However, I was amazed at the employees' telephone service. To be honest, I'm afraid that I feel rough like a friend. I ended up in the middle of the call, and I usually think “I ’m very sorry”, but I ended up with “I ’m sorry” with a half-laugh.
Since then, it was another matter, but the car inspection work between employees has not been handed over, so the vehicle delivery date has been extended and it has become troublesome twice.
I will cut off this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皆さん親切丁寧ですよ。私は中古車を購入しましたが、気持ちよく買い物ができました。スタッフに女性が多く、華がある感じでいいと思います。
Everyone is kind and polite. I bought a used car and it was a pleasant shopping experience. There are many women in the staff, and I think it's nice to have a flowery feeling.

ダイハツM店もタメ口使う従業員がいましたが淘汰されたのでしょう。姿を見かけなくなりましたw
