スープは綺麗であっさり！しかし！しっかりと旨味がありダシの効いた完成されたスープでした。麺は全粒粉を使った栄養成分のある
健康的で、これまた美味しい麺です。
何度も食べたくなる至福の一杯です。

中野で油そばが食べれる店。
時間帯を外せば、空いています。
スタッフさんも元気があって良いです。
火曜日も営業してほしいです。

透明なスープで2種類の叉焼。
土日はたいへん混むらしいけど、私は並んでまで食べたいとは感じませんでした。

鶏そば(醤油)をいただきました。
こちらは初めて利用しましたが、一口食べて感激しました。(富山の貪瞋痴以来)
連れはつけ麺の塩を食してました。
店員さんも感じが良くまた行きたいと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 極鶏塩食べました。鶏スープ好きな方は濃厚で非常に美味しいのでお試しあれ。
一番人気と書いてあった鶏そばは醤油を選択しました。スープが「醤油の旨さ」が出てて、麺を食べるとスープと麺の味が相まって極上でした。
I ate Gokudori salt. If you like chicken soup, try it because it is rich and very delicious.

ボリュームもありお腹的にも満足できます！
メンマと鶏肉もその存在をしっかりと主張していて飽きずに完食出来ました！
餃子も美味しかったです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々は長野市赤沼に有ったらしいのですが、数年前の台風での大洪水で被害に会い現在の場所に移転したらしいです。
食券制なのですが、焦らせないように？お客さんを待合席に座らせて逐一券売機に案内するスタイルで安心出来ます、この心遣いとか凄い。
「あっさり」？の鶏塩そばを頼みましたが、鶏の出汁をとことん出し切った黄金色のスープ。一口飲んだ途端にホワホワと幸せな気分になっちまいました、最高に美味かったです！
そして今日、濃厚な「極鶏そば」を塩で頂きましたが、これまた美味い！だけど年寄りには「あっさり」の方がより美味しいかな。
あっさりでも充分過ぎるほどに鷄の旨味が楽しめるラーメンなんで、「あっさり」？の方がダイレクトにこのお店の良さが味わえると思いました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious ramen restaurant! Their gyoza is super juicy in the inside and crispy on the outside. I did prefer to make my own gyoza sauce instead of the restaurant's sesame seed sauce. I had the shou (soya sauce) ramen and it was yummy! My wife had a tsukemen which had lots of volume and flavor. Recommend for a quick eat! Note that there was no English menu so come prepared!
