Other than that ... Fried rice doesn't taste and Dumplings have no characteristics. The clerk's friendliness is bad. This is the score because the bad points were conspicuous. It was a mix of pork bone soy sauce and Chinese buckwheat, but it was delicious. Menma was also seasoned well. The fried rice is fluffy and goes well with ramen. It was a treat.

I had no choice but to order Haneman ramen and chicken salt ramen. Both were hits. The taste of both char siu and menma is soaked, and the soup is delicious! If this is the case, don't get angry without Amahashi Tate Ramen.

と	ともじんしんば on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華そばを注文しました。５枚程度のチャーシューが入っており、チャーシュー麺かと思うくらいのボリュームがありましたが、もう少し脂身がほしかったです。チャーシューの下に多量のモヤシが隠れていました。そのモヤシが邪魔をして麺が食べにくかったです。ようやくたどり着いた麺は、硬くてボサボサとしていました。金髪女性店員の前髪が長く、その前髪を振り払いながら調理している事に対して不潔に感じました。残念です。 I ordered Chinese noodles. The bean sprouts got in the way and the noodles were hard to eat. The noodles I finally arrived at were hard and unkempt. It's not a savory soup, but it was delicious with just the right amount of richness and umami. I added grilled rice as a set, but this is also a refreshing fried rice. It's grilled rice. I want to go again if I have a chance. It was crowded at noon.

The menu is incredibly diverse, including miso ramen (with multiple spice levels), a seafood ramen, pork-based ramen, a chicken-salt ramen, as well as staples like soy sauce ramen. The stock is made slowly and by hand, using high-quality ingredients. I can't recommend this enough. I ordered the miso ramen and chicken-salt ramen. I wanted to try the seafood as well but it was already sold-out for the day by the time I got there. The miso ramen was incredibly good and it was only about 850 yen. And I think a lot of the dishes were around this pricepoint. I will definitely be back.
