帰りに子供にラムネをくれました。

舞鶴のとれとれセンターに行きコロナ禍なのに沢山の人で溢れかえってました?(笑)買い物を終え舞鶴から宮津に向かう途中「黄金ラーメン大勝」と言う行ったことのないラーメン屋さんを見つけ入ることに、お店の扉を開けると優しそうな店長と女性のスタッフの方が笑顔で迎え入れてくださり、中には消毒液が小さなテーブルにのっていて注意書きのメモがありました⤴️お店の中はテーブル席とカウンター席があり何席あったかは覚えてないですが??とても綺麗な空間でした
今回頂いたのは、「大勝ラーメン」と言う濃厚なスープの醤油味と焼き餃子のセットです?ラーメンの種類もセットの種類も豊富でサブメニューも色々ありました。そして、待ちに待った「大勝ラーメン」一口スープを頂くと見た目は濃くて辛そうな感じに見えましたが、ほんのり甘くて何口でも飲みたくなるスープ焼き豚もいい煮込み具合で噛むごとに美味しく餃子も具も焼き加減も最高でした??
餃子用のお醤油が見当たらず、お醤油と書かれた醤油さしがあり「ん？」これかなとだすと普通の醤油で、ラー油やお酢でお好みで合わせる感じになっててそれが残念でしたが、美味しかったです??
是非一度近くに行かれましたら食べに行って見てください??⤴️

And when I got the long-awaited "Taisho Ramen" bite soup, it looked thick and spicy, but the soup roasted pork, which is slightly sweet and makes me want to drink as many as I want, is also delicious and the dumplings are delicious every time I chew it. The ingredients and the degree of baking were the best ??
I can't find soy sauce for dumplings, and there is a soy sauce sauce that says soy sauce. "Hmm?" If you start with this, it's normal soy sauce, and you can mix it with chili oil or vinegar to your liking. It was disappointing, but it was delicious ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥取から舞鶴へツーリングの途中ランチで来店！黄金ラーメン（税込750円）と餃子セット（税込300円）を注文、魚介だしのきいたスープでとても美味しかったです。

お金を払うなら他の店に行くべき。コロナ対策も不足。
連休中の昼飯時間なのに空いてる店。
昼の12時前ぐらいの時間に初めて伺いました。
キッチン内の男性店員さんは普通な感じでしたが、オーダーを取ったりラーメンを持って来てくれる若い女性店員は、白の目立つネイルをつけてるし、暇なのか「あそこの店の女性店員は地味な感じなのが２人いる」とか、「あそこのラーメン屋の店長は…」みたいな話をキッチン内の店員に話しかけてたりと、コロナで騒がれているこの時期に色々と意識が低い店だと感じました。仕事に対して暇な店だから、仕事が楽だとか思ってる程度？。ラーメンが大好きなワシには腹がたつレベル。
ラーメンは「大勝ラーメン」を頂いてみました。鶏ベースと魚介系の醤油味との事でしたが、魚介系のダシは少し煮すぎなのかエグミが少し気になる味で、全体的に配合やバランスが悪い感じがして、私は好みでありませんでした。というか不味かった(笑)。絶対、他の店の方が美味しい。
私は再来店することは絶対無い。スーパーに売っている袋入りのラーメンの方が、まだ、満足感がある。
連休中の昼前の時間で他の店が満車状態なのに空いてる理由が分かる様な気がします。
私の好みに合わなかっただけなので、ここのラーメン屋さんが好きな方には、すいません。

大勝ラーメンとミニ焼飯セット、夫は大勝ラーメンと餃子を頂きました。
黄色の細麺がとろみのある甘めのスープに絡みます。
チャーシュー、煮卵、ネギどれも美味しかったです。
焼飯も香ばしく塩加減も程良いです。
偶然入りましたが、当たりでした。
今度は黄金ラーメンを食べてみたいです。

個人的な好みはありますが、煮干しで出汁をとってるのであっさりしてますが、どうしても磯くささが残ります。
磯の香りが好きな方には結構かと思います。
また、柑橘系の皮で工夫されてるのはいいと思いました。
あと、麺も2種類から選べます。細麺をオーダーしましたが、スープとの相性は少し太い麺の方が合うかも。
他にも、大将ラーメンやカレーラーメンもありますので試してみたいですね‼️

I have a personal preference, but the soup stock is boiled and dried, so it's light, but the rocky shore remains.
I think it's fine for those who like the scent of rocky shore.
Also, I thought it would be nice to have a citrus peel.
Also, you can choose from two types of noodles. I ordered thin noodles, but thick noodles may be more suitable for soup.
