★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日自宅車庫でタイヤの空気抜けを発見。初めてのパンクでした。自動車保険のロードサービスでスタッドレスに交換したもらった際、タイヤに刺さった釘を発見。ネットでこのお店を見つけ電話でどのような対処が可能か相談したところ、懇切丁寧に色々教えてくれらのでタイヤを持ち込んで修理してもらいました。修理方法も予算に応じて何段階かあるようで、各方法のメリデメなどをしっかり説明してくれたのでわかりやすかったです。
修理完了後のタイヤの交換も迅速で大変助かりました！

起きている事象について丁寧に説明を頂き、バルブ交換しても直らない可能性等も明らかにしたうえで作業していただき、結果、直った次第です。
他の大手タイヤ店ならホイールやタイヤごと交換させられていたと思います。
親身に対応して頂ける優良店だと思います。またこちらを利用したいと思います。

I think that other major tire stores had to replace the wheels and tires.
