I brought my winter tires wrapped in tire covers with bubble wrap and cardboard to protect the wheels from scratches. When they finished replacing my tires, they put my summer tires in the same tire covers with all the bubble wrap and cardboards in place, in the same way I wrapped my winter tires. The restroom and waiting area were clean. The customers can help themselves to some free drinks while waiting. They were also very considerate to me for I could not speak Japanese very fluently.
