★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台風17号の昼頃、道路は大渋滞。世田谷通りのノロノロは普段より酷く、環八にたどり着いたものの、用賀に進めず、1時間以上タイヤセレクト前で動かなくなりました❗ダンロップの看板を眺めて、内回りが、倒木？事故？外回りは、普通に流れてましたので、左折して回り込み再び世田谷通り三本杉陸橋を潜り抜け環八右折して、すいすいと高井戸インター迄出て、都心部へのルート変更しました。タイヤセレクトへは、入らずしまい‼️
