担当の方が親切かつ丁寧に対応して頂きました。前の車でタイヤ交換した時もアフターがしっかりしていたので、やっぱり此方でホイール、タイヤ、車高調をお願いしようと思いました。
この人ならと思える方に出会えて良かったです。
I was considering lowdown (coil drive) & waitre, and after consulting before that, I was taken care of by tire rotation.
The person in charge responded kindly and politely. Even when I changed the tires in the previous car, the after-sales was solid, so I decided to ask for wheels, tires, and harmonic drive here.
I'm glad I met someone who seems to be this person.

他店で、素人なのを見透かされ、危機感を煽られてタイヤ交換を強引に進められていたところを、セカンドオピニオンで聞きに行った。交換時期ではあるけど、じっくり考えて良いということで、強引に交換を進められることもなく、親身になって相談に乗ってくれた。
次に交換するときは必ずここで買って交換しようと思った。
