★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そばの店ひらまさんが臨時休業で、気になっていたこちらに寄ってみました。チャーシュー麺大盛と辛味噌ラーメンを2人で注文しました。透き通ったスープに細い縮れ麺、ほっとする中に煮干し？！の香りほのかにまったく獣臭くない優しい味。炒めた野菜のトッピングが載った辛味噌は結構辛いが、またこちらも一辺食べてみた方がいいかも。
次回、ひらまか、すかやかどっちに行くか迷います‼️
 The soba shop Hirama-san was temporarily closed, so I stopped by here. We ordered a large serving of char siu noodles and spicy miso ramen. Clear soup, thin curly noodles, dried sardines while relieved? !! A gentle taste with no animal odor. The spicy miso with stir-fried vegetable toppings is quite spicy, but you might want to try this one as well.
Next time, I'm wondering whether to go to Hiramaka or Sukaya! ️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々に高畠に行ったので志づ美とすがいどちらにしようか迷った末にこちらへ。あっさりめのスープにひらま系とはまた違う縮れ細麺の組み合わせは安定感抜群です。県外ナンバーも結構来てますね。奥地なのに大人気の店です。
I went to Takahata for the first time in a while, so I went here after wondering whether to choose Shizumi or Suga. The combination of light soup and curly thin noodles, which is different from Hirama, is excellent in stability. There are quite a few numbers outside the prefecture. It is a very popular shop even though it is in the hinterland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE米沢ラーメンと感じる麺の細さ、縮れ具合。焼きそばのオーダー率も高く、焼きそばをおかずにラーメンを食べてる方もいました。
場所の割に混むので流石人気店です。
The thinness and curl of the noodles that make you feel like THE Yonezawa ramen. The order rate of yakisoba was also high, and some people ate ramen without side dishes.
It's a popular shop because it's crowded for its location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プリプリの太麺が好みの私ですが 大変おいしかったです 澄んでいながら旨味あるスープ ちぢれた細麺 すごくバランスがいいと感じました 米沢じゃないけど美味しい米沢ラーメンと思います
雪深い日に再度来店 除雪車がうなりをあげて店の前をきれいにしてくれてました 透き通るスープの旨さ 茹で加減最適な喉ごしいい麺 また来ます
I like thick noodles, but it was very delicious. It was a clear yet delicious soup. I felt that the thin noodles were very well-balanced. I think it's delicious Yonezawa ramen, though it's not Yonezawa.
I came back to the store on a deep snowy day. The snowplow roared and cleaned the front of the store. The taste of the clear soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 息子2人が休みだったので、久しぶりに行きました。息子2人は辛味噌チャーシュー、私は以前から気になってた『かもさんラーメン(鴨肉と山菜なので、かもさんラーメン)』。かもさんラーメン旨い、あそこの山菜ちゃん○ん食べれなくなったから、一生食べれないと悲しんでたら、具は多少劣りますが、味は近いです。欲を言えば、好きなワラビやウドをもう少し多くして、舞茸も入れてほしい。
息子たちの辛味噌を食べさせてもらったら、前よりうまくなってた。コクが増した？辛味自体変わったような？間違い無いのは以前より旨い！息子二人も満足した様でした。

醤油ラーメンと焼きそばを注文しました。
醤油ラーメン、スープがあっさりですがこくがあり美味しい。
焼きそばもちょうど良い味付けです。
This is my first visit.
I ordered soy sauce ramen and yakisoba.
The soy sauce ramen and soup are light but rich and delicious.
Yakisoba is also just the right seasoning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメン700円を食べました。 前回はかもさんラーメンでしたが、今回は山菜と鴨肉なしのシンプルなラーメンにしました。基本的にはかもさんラーメンと同じ味のはずなのに、別物に感じました。それだけ、鴨肉と山菜が効いているんだなと思いました。 細縮れ麺ですがかた茹ででてくるのでしっかりとした歯ごたえもあります。
I ate ramen 700 yen. Last time it was Kamosan ramen, but this time I made it a simple ramen without edible wild plants and duck meat. It should have the same taste as Kamosan ramen, but I felt it was different. I thought that duck meat and edible wild plants were effective. Although it is a crispy noodle, it is boiled so it has a firm texture.

若干甘めのスープですがとっても軽くて優しい味で満足❣️
