川	川ブー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店は混んでますたが回転は早いですだね。注文から着丼も早いですだ。しかし忘れられて注文取りに来ない場合も。焼きそばと中華そば頂きますた。焼きそばは注文から5分もせず出てきますた!中華そばも5分ほどで出ますたよ!! 焼きそばは、細縮れ麺の固茹で加減が良いですだね。脂っこ過ぎず丁度良いしっとり感ですだ。野菜シャッキリ細切りチャーシューも入ってますた。麺がちょっと多い感じで腹くっちぐなりますたよ♪ 中華そばは、動物系のスープでコクがありますがさっぱり食えますだ。こちらも固茹で麺で食感が良いですだね。 The store is crowded, but the turnover is fast.
