★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名古屋市内でこれ程e-bikeが並んでいるのはなかなかないと思います。試乗車も多く、とりあえずココ、でいいのではないでしょうか。

ですが、購入して1年経ちますがアフターフォローはお店に行かないと何もありません。3ヶ月点検とか半年点検とかそんな話があったと思うのですが、何も連絡なし。お店まで赴いた所、1年で連絡しますとのことでした。もうちょっとアフターフォローに力を入れてもらいたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店で購入した自転車しか修理したくれません。荷台を取り付けたくてAmazonで購入したのですが難しくてTern特約店のこのお店に持ち込んだのですが、面倒くさがって体よく断られました。困って今までのジテンシャデポにお願いしました。その日のうちに2千円で取り付けて頂きました。もう少し困った人の相談に乗ってくれれば次があると思うのですが残念です。自転車を販売することが目的でサポートは良くない感じです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電動自転車、E-BIKE専門店。他では見る事もほとんど無いBESVもたくさんありました。店舗はTREK店の隣というか同じ店内にあります。話題のE-BIKEに試乗しました。店員さんの説明が丁寧でお客の立場に沿った思考が出来る様で良いとこ悪いところをちゃんと言ってくれる良心的なお店です。悪いところの店員しか分からないような内情も教えて下さり大変参考になりました。試乗も目当ての物に乗ったら比較でこっちも乗ってみると面白いですよ。とか2、3台と試乗させてくれました。試乗するにも他店の様な誓約書とか身分証copyさせろとかも無く整備もちゃんとしていてお客の身長に合わせてサドルの高さを合わせるだけで時間をかけさせませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そういう方針なのか、オサレ風な土地柄だからなのか、結構早い段階でいろいろと「これはもう交換したほうが良いですね」とすすめられます。オサレでは無い他のお店にセカンドオピニオンを頼むと「まだまだ使えるのに、なんて勿体ない」となったことが数度。
合う合わないの問題は歯医者と一緒ですね。ちょっとでも傷んだら交換したい余裕のある人には合っていると思いますし、今使っているものを長く大事に使いたい人はちょっと合わないと思います。
タイヤの空気も、タイヤに良いからと月１でのパンパンをすすめてきますが、雨の日に滑りやすくなるので私は好きじゃない。部品交換にしても空気にしても、好みを聞いて合わせてくれればいいのに。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電動アシスト自転車をメインに取り扱っている自転車屋さんです。電動アシスト自転車というとママチャリが多いですが、ここでは、通勤や日常的にも使用できるオシャレな自転車も数多く展示されています。試乗車も多数用意されてます。予約もなく突然伺いましたが、気になる自転車の試乗させてもらえました。他の店では置いてない自転車のも多数あるのでオススメです。また隣の店はトレックなのでそちらの自転車も見ることができるのでオトクです。結局de03という自転車を購入させていただきました。点検は無料でしていただけるそうです。
