正直者なので言いますが全然美味しくない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14:30くらいにお昼を食べようとお店の人に「今でも食べられますか？」と聞いたら「良いですよ」と迎えて頂きました。
注文した くるみそば くるみ味噌を蕎麦湯に溶かしてツユにするという今までにない食べ方でした。
自分はとても美味しかったです！

味噌を白湯？で溶き、調節して食べられるのはいいが、想像しているくるみ蕎麦とは乖離していた。
不変なのは尊い場合もあるが、一度見直してみるのも吉と考えられる。

大凶ならば、長さ3センチくらいの、ニョッキの成れの果てみたいなそば。運が良ければ食えるそばが出てくることもある。そば打てる人がいない時は正直にお断りする勇気があれば、もっと良いお店になるかもしれない。立地が良いので期待しています。頑張ってください。

蕎麦の香りなく、くるみそばを食べましたが他の方が言っている様に味噌汁そばでした。

風味等気にされない方なら満足できるのかな？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古くからあるお店らしく、「昔こちらでお皿を買わせていただいたんです」と他のお客様がお店の方と話しているのが聞こえました。
また、お店や接客の感じから懐かしさの様なものを感じました。
くるみ蕎麦を注文したのですが、自分で蕎麦湯に味噌とくるみを混ぜて食べるため、自分に合った配分を見つけて食べると美味しいです。くるみ蕎麦の中でも味噌の味が強いものになるので、人によっては好みが別れるかもしれませんが、私はとても美味しく感じました。無難に食べたい場合は普通のそばの方が良いかもしれません。そば自体は少し小麦粉分が多いので、食べやすいですが、よりそば粉の味を楽しみたい方には物足りなさがあるかもしれません。
