つけ汁が濃厚でモチモチの麺と非常に合います。
また辣油を追加して、つけ汁の味変をすると辛さと濃厚さが増すので、さらにお得な感じです。

醤油と塩の中間の色味と味。
しっかり目の味付けですが、後味はさっぱり。
ダシがきちんと出ていて角切りのチャーシューも柔らかくて食べごたえがあって美味しいです

久々ということで欣家つけ麺をいただきました。
昔は結構通うぐらい好きな味でしたが、ちょっと変わった？
テーブルにも目光りが使えなくなった等々書かれていたので、
随分変わったんだろうなぁ、残念。
Visited for the first time in 10 years.

I used to like it so much that I used to go there, but has it changed a little?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の12時過ぎに入店した時はたまたまかもですが中に3組くらいですぐに入れました。
つけ麺をいただきましたが、スープあっさりだけど濃いめな味で、つるつるの麺と相性も良く美味しかったです！
味玉はだいぶトロトロで好み分かれるところかもですが私は好きでした。
今度は味噌坦々つけ麺を食べに行きたいなと思います。

I had tsukemen, but the soup was light but had a strong taste, and it went well with the smooth noodles and was delicious!
I like the taste balls, although they may have different tastes.

あっさりかと思いきや、油が少し気になるつけ汁でしたが、乾燥柚子や、すりおろしの柚子を入れるとさっぱりしてとても美味しかったです。
I got the Kinya Tsukemen recommended by the shop.
