富	富永将之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店の良さを伝えるのは難しい。店構えから何を期待するかは人それぞれだと思うが、あえて言うなら「質の良い平凡」だろうか。周囲のホテルに泊まって、観光目的の人が朝市に来た場合には、朝食が付いてる宿泊ではここに来る理由がない。ということは、それ以外の、例えばホテルにチェックイン前の観光とか、日帰り旅行、または単なる通過…いずれもそういう人には、ここで食べるより他に行ったほうが「期待通り」になるだろう。一方で、例えばペンションやキャンプ、または周辺の別荘で自炊しているなんて人は、間違いなくたまにはここに来たくなるのではないだろうか。これらのケースでは外食やコンビニに頼りたいときの選択肢に、ここが入る。そう、つまり「普段家で食べてたもの」それに加えて、質が高い。仕入れの運はあるだろうが、魚、野菜その他に気が遣われていて、調理法にこだわりがある。それは女将と話さないとわからないことだが、カウンターで作ってる様子からも感じられるし、何よりホスピタリティが素晴らしい。価格は観光地価格ではあるが、その価値が十分にある店だと思う。 It is difficult to convey the goodness of this store.
