★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おばあちゃん一人で作ってました。特製担々麺と半ライスをいただきましたが、凄く美味しかったですよ。量もすごかったです。半ライスは要らなかったです。勝浦の朝イチに来たかたは行ってみると良いと思いますよ。オススメです。
I made it by my grandma alone. I had special dandan noodles and half rice, and it was very delicious. The amount was also amazing. I didn't need half rice. If you came to Katsuura in the morning, I think you should go there. I recommend it.

角切り玉ねぎのシャキシャキとした歯ごたえが楽しい極旨タンタンメン。
旨味のあるピリ辛で食べ終わる頃には冬でもポカポカに体が暖まります。
近所なら週一で通いたいが、遠距離なので我慢して月一ペースで通っている。
他にも勝浦タンタンメンの有名店はあるが、どの店とも一線を画する隠れた（隠れてない？笑）名店だなと思いながら麺をススった最高な一日でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特製タンタンメンを注文。初の勝浦タンタンメンでしたが、ニラ・モヤシ・白菜・ひき肉のバランスよい具材に細麺とラー油入りのスープがよく合いスタミナたっぷりの夏にはもってこいな感じでおいしくいただけました。
お店は昔ながらの町の中華屋（定食屋）さんの雰囲気たっぷり、コロナ渦もどこ吹く風おばちゃんが一人元気に全快で調理対応していました。
次回はぜひザーザーメンを食べに行きたいです。
