骨	骨川スネ夫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 勝浦の有名割烹店です。ここは”金目鯛の煮付け“が美味しいです。これ目当てで毎年、産卵期7〜9月の禁漁前に伺います。産卵前は特に美味しいとの事。また、勝浦で有名なお店なので、仕入れ先もここならと良いものを入れるそうです。煮付けは、しょっぱ過ぎず甘過ぎず、ちょうど良い塩梅で、このお店をベンチマークにすると良いです。勝浦、千葉の方は、伊豆の金目鯛より美味しいと誇りを持っているようです、実際美味しいと思います。時期的に、カツオも食べますが、辛子を付けてどうぞ。値段は、観光地価格ですが、東京の割烹で食べる事を考えれば安いでしょう。仕入れてもこれほど注文されないので、必然的に高いし、ものが良いとは限りません。接客にクセがありますが、素晴らしいお店だと思います。かなりオススメですよ。 It is a famous Japanese restaurant in Katsuura.
