ア	アルファΩ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年3月中華そば中、トッピングでネギを注文。もちもちの木はとても好きで、野田や川越や福島でも食べましたが、各店毎に若干の出来上がりに違いがありますが、仙台のこちらの店は好きな出来上がりです。胡椒や七味唐辛子等の調味料は入れますが、酢は味が変わってしまいそうで避けてましたが、本日は新しい発見がありました。節が利いたスープは荒々しくも雑味もあり、後半は麺が多くて食べ飽きてくるのですが、何気無く酢を入れたところ、すっきりまろやかな味になり、一気に完食出来ました。また寄らせていただきます。 2021年11月仙台では初のもちもちの木。一番乗りで中盛をオーダーしましたが、丼がかなりデカイです。節系熱々スープで、2玉食べきりました。たまに無性に食べたくなる味です。受付の女性店員さんがニコニコ優しく丁寧な接客で良かったです。 March 2022 I ordered green onions with toppings in Chinese noodles. 英	英雄スタン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 埼玉に本店があるお店ですが、東北では福島の次にこの仙台店がオープンし、既に15年近くになると思います。今回は仙台へ再異動となり、久々の訪問となりました。こちらは味噌も美味しいですが、やはり強烈魚介スープ醤油味の中華そばですね。そこに店名の如くもちもちしたストレート麺と細長シャキシャキのネギ、焼豚と穂先メンマが絶妙にバランスしています。魚介スープは表面にブレンドされた油が覆い、食べ終わるまで熱々のままです。（正直私はスープと麺を一緒に味わうのが好きなのですが、レンゲで呑み込めないほどです）福島店もよく行くのですが、お店による味の差が全く感じられないのも流石ですね。店員さんのクオリティも非常に高く、オーダーからお会計までとてもス　ムーズに終えられます。 The store has its main store in Saitama, but I think it's been almost 15 years since this Sendai store opened next to Fukushima in Tohoku. イ	イトゥーヒロ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4.2.12 １０数年前、福島市内でオープンした時に一度食べて、最近穂先メンマの記憶が蘇り、来店朝1100オープンに合わせて入店。開店１５分でほぼ満席。店内はコロナ対策か、広々と席が配置され、入店時にアルコール消毒をしっかりやらせられるのもこのご時世素晴らしい。ラーメンは中華蕎麦大1180円めんまトッピングで！嫁が言う。湯気がたってないね。それは油を膜にして、熱々を提供しているからだよ。中華そばは、魚介の旨味たっぷりで細麺だからスープが絡み最高の味わい。穂先めんまは、めんまのシャキではなくサク柔な歯応えで、味付けも施されておりやはりメンマは間違いがない。ひっそりと小さなチャーシューがあるが美味い…しかし小さく薄い。食べている最中に煮卵も食べたくなり注文。中はトロトロで味付けも申し分無し。ラーメンにコショウかけたら、また美味い！駐車場も広くていいよね。はっきり言って、もちもちの木を舐めていましたが、意識が変わり美味しいラーメン屋になりました。また食べに来ます。あ、穂先メンマのお土産一袋買います。 4.2.12 I ate it once when it opened in Fukushima city 10 years ago, and recently I came to the store because the memory of Menma at the tip of the ear revived.
