★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国税還付金の受け取り方法について問い合わせの電話をしたところ、最初に出た女性の態度がひどかった。声も小さいうえにぞんざいな対応。担当者（この男性は丁寧）にかわってもらって解決したが、電話対応って大事。だから役所は、、って印象になっちゃう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日、確定申告以外の件で行きました。入口にいた税務署職員の上から目線の態度に驚きました。まず車椅子の職員。検温と手のアルコール消毒を急かす様な言い方をする。もう一人の職員は無愛想で事務的な説明の仕方をする。田舎の公務員の一番悪い癖です。
 Yesterday, I went on a matter other than the final tax return. I was surprised at the attitude of the tax office staff at the entrance. First, the staff in a wheelchair. It is said to rush to measure the temperature and disinfect the hands with alcohol. The other staff member gives an unfriendly and clerical explanation. This is the worst habit of a rural civil servant.
