お昼にしては遅い時間にも関わらず4名ほど並んでいました。
並んでいる時点でメニューを決め注文します。
・①煮卵入り中華そば(並)
・⑤特盛中華そば(全部のせ麺大盛り)
・キムチ炒飯(冬季限定)
を注文。
先に注文していた事もあり着席から5分程で提供。
見た目は並でもかなりボリュームがありスープが溢れそうでインパクト有り！
味もコク深くどんどん食べ進められました。
キムチ炒飯も香ばしいく絶品。
単品推しもしている事もあってキムチが美味しかったです！
どれも美味しく満足なのですが、並でもかなり量が多く女性には少し完食するのはキツいかと…
せっかく美味しかったのですが最後の方は苦しすぎてもったいない感じがしました。

・ ⑤ Special Chinese noodles (large serving of all noodles)
・ Kimchi fried rice (winter only)
Order.
Since I had ordered it earlier, it will be served in about 5 minutes from the seat.
Even if it looks average, it has a lot of volume and the soup seems to overflow, so it has an impact!
The taste was deep and I was able to eat more and more.
The kimchi fried rice is also delicious.
The kimchi was delicious because I was pushing it as a single item!
All of them are delicious and satisfying, but the amount is quite large, and I think it's hard for women to finish eating a little ...
It was delicious, but the last one felt too painful and wasteful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも行列が出来る有名店。雨天の午後遅めの時間とあって並び無しだったので初訪問。私の中でハードルがかなり上がっていたのか、普通に美味しい中華そばだとは思うのですが、値段を考慮すると正直言って並んでまで食べたくなるレベルではありませんでした。麺は美味しいですが、スープが力不足というか並でも麺量が多めなので後半飽きてしまいます。もも肉チャーシューは可もなく不可もなく。次回伺うときはバラ肉の方を試してみたいですね。冬季限定のキムチ炒飯は香ばしくて美味しかったですがミニサイズがあると嬉しいかも。
A famous store where you can always line up. It was a late afternoon in the rain and there was no line, so I visited for the first time. I think the hurdles have risen considerably in me, and I think it's usually delicious Chinese noodles, but to be honest, it wasn't the level that I wanted to eat side by side considering the price. The noodles are delicious, but the soup isn't strong enough, or the amount of noodles is large, so I get tired of it in the second half. Thigh meat char siu is neither good nor bad. The next time I visit, I would like to try the ribs. The winter-only kimchi fried rice was fragrant and delicious, but it might be nice to have a mini size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They serve a very tasty ramen and recommended one with extra meat is definitely a good choice. The regular version is already quite big, while the bigger one is really humongous.

The staff were clearly proud of working for a successful and popular shop - you’ve got to like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good light broth with a soy sauce base that is satisfying to eat and a great experience but doesn't Excel in anything in particular bar portion size.
Quickly seated, a bright and spacious environment as far as Ramen restaurants go. It's a Haven for Japanese locals, not so much for tourists and there is No English but don't let that deter you Because they have pictures. We ordered the チャーシュー (Chashu) bara Soba.
Broth 4/5: Very light, much better than you'd get from many restaurant chains with just enough oil, but not enough flavor depth to warrant a 5/5. You can eat a lot as a result, and it never gets old, but it's also not very strong.
Noodles 4/5: fresh tasting and soft, delicious as well, but clearly not in house homemade in the moment. Still, very delicious, just not 5/5
Meat 4/5: the Chashu (meat) was a little tough for my liking, but there was a lot of it, with a delicious savory flavor and the Chashu fat was amazing, some of the best I've had. You get smaller proportions of Chashu with other orders here, but it's very tasty.
Overall, it covers the basics as a local favorite but doesn't propose anything beyond great. If you're around, it's worth stopping by, but not worth going out of your way to visit over other options.
