The fat is large, sweet and easy to eat. Vegetables, green onions, bean sprouts, etc. can be crispy. The soup is based on deep soy sauce and has a nice scent that comes out of your nose. The pig is thick but soft and easy to eat. The noodles are characteristic and crispy and have a nice texture, and they are delicious when chewed. It is a cohesive cup not found in the Ayashi area.

I visited at 11:30 on Saturday. Fortunately, I entered the restaurant without waiting and ordered pure chicken salt soba (straight thin noodles selection) 820 yen + half rice (free). Go early and secure a place where you can easily get a parking lot. Wait for a while in front of the store. The store opened at 11 o'clock, and my husband opened the door and welcomed me. There were two female staff members. I was able to sit at the table. There are several counter seats and table seats in the store. I chose pork soba. The child is chicken SIO soba. I ordered two rare char siu bowls. Wait for a while. Because it is well made, it will not be offered soon. Fun fun. I had chicken SIO soba bowl and soup first, but it was very refreshing and the chicken stock was also effective. There are two types of char siu, and the parent bird is also crunchy and delicious.
