★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新規開設はテレビモニターのみでの開設しか無く、一人一時間近くかかるため早めに行くことをお勧めします。サイトには健康保険証と公共料金の控えでも開設出来ると書いてありますが、実際店舗に行くと断られます。健康保険証とパスポートや住民票なら大丈夫らしいです。
開設後は簡易書類が届くまでに一週間から十日かかり、それが届いた確認をしてからさらに一、二週間後にキャッシュカードが届くそうです。サイトに載っている情報寄りかなり時間がかかるのでお気をつけください。気をつけるも何も最寄りが蕨辺りならどうにもなりませんが。俺は久しぶりに蕨に住んでいることを後悔しました。
