坂	坂本お守り小判 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁寧に対応していただきました。案内された方が実際に住んでいるブランドの賃貸を紹介していただき、メリットがわかりやすかったです。追記: 済んでいるところと同じシリーズの物件ということで信じて住んでみましたが、上階の足跡、騒音が一日中うるさく、夜も眠れずで引越することにしました。最初に騒音はないかと聞いた時にはないと言われましたが、この物件のシリーズに住んでいて騒音がないというのはありえないくらい声や振動が響きます。ネットで調べると悪評がかなり出てくるシリーズのもので、やはり悪評は騒音によるものが多かったです。鵜呑みにせずによく調べておけばよかったと思いました。他の不動産に行くとやはりその会社、物件はお勧めできないとはっきり言われました。ここには二度と来ないです。 Thank you for your polite response.
