★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハンバーガーのチェーン店。平日の午後20時頃に利用しました。持ち帰りの方が多く、店内は10名程、店舗の外にも6名程待っていて大盛況でした。受け渡し専用の場所がありますが、レジ前、カウンター席含め、10畳程の広さ（テーブル席は別にあります）なので、混雑時は密状態になります。足跡シールが床に貼ってありますが、キャパ超えます。川口駅から通路（ペデストリアンデッキと言うようです）で直結しているので信号待ちがないので、スムーズに行けます。店員さんは皆さん笑顔で、元気一杯です。みんなで一生懸命に商品を袋詰めしています。3年位前までは接客態度が壊滅状態でしたので、今は見違えるようです。東南アジア系のスタッフの方もいますが、カタコトでも凄い笑顔で頑張っていたので、私は応援したくなりました。商品は美味しい"あの"マクドナルドの味です。
 A hamburger chain store. I used it around 20:00 on weekdays. Many people took it home, and it was a great success with about 10 people waiting inside the store and about 6 people outside the store. There is a place dedicated to delivery, but it is about 10 tatami mats (there is a separate table seat) including the counter seats in front of the cash register, so it will be crowded when it is crowded. There is a footprint sticker on the floor, but it exceeds the capacity. Since it is directly connected to Kawaguchi Station by a passage (it seems to be called a pedestrian deck), there is no waiting for a signal, so you can go smoothly. The clerk is smiling and full of energy. Everyone is working hard to pack the products. Until about three years ago, the customer service attitude was in a state of destruction, so now it seems to be mistaken. There are some Southeast Asian staff members, but I was doing my best with a great smile even in Katakoto, so I wanted to support them. The product has a delicious "that" McDonald's taste.
