Not the fanciest place but its clean. ¥3000 for 2 people with drinks is a good deal to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like traditional Japanese cuisines, delicious food, and do not mind smoking, this is heaven. If you do not like please avoid. I love this restaurant so much and will definitely come back. Tonight, I seated with some local people on the same table, tasting delicious food (MaPo tofu, onion pork, tofu stew), drinking Sapporo beer (love it), really nice experience. And the price is friendly, which is a plus.
