放置、連絡してこない、手続きを忘れる等対応が適当すぎる。
いちいち奥に行って確認してきますと言われ、スムーズなやりとりが出来ない。
希望の物件が何故か内見出来ないと言われたので他の店舗でお願いする事にしたと言ったら、急に内見出来ますと言ったり、不信感半端ない。
この店の都合で動かされているようで不愉快だし、もう二度と使わない。

It is too appropriate to leave it unattended, not contact me, or forget the procedure.
I was told that I would go to the back and check it one by one, and I couldn't communicate smoothly.
I was told that I couldn't preview the desired property for some reason, so when I said that I decided to ask at another store, I suddenly said that I could preview it, and there was no distrust.
It's unpleasant because it seems to be moved by the convenience of this shop, and I will never use it again.

2度と使いません。時間と労力を無駄にしました。クチコミ通りでした。

I am glad that the staff listened to me properly and kindly responded to me in the clean interior. I was a little worried because there was a bad evaluation from other people's reviews, but that was not the case at all! It was a bright and nice atmosphere ♫ I wanted to recommend it to my friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事の都合で引っ越しをしなきゃいけなくなり何軒か不動産屋をまわりましたが、桜華ハウジングさんの接客やお店にいるスタッフさんの雰囲気が良かったのでこちらで決めました。
不安な事もあったのですが快く対応してもらって感謝しています(^^)

桜華ハウジングさんはとても丁寧でいいお部屋探しができました。
