来店する前にたくさんの物件をチェックして、その上で条件に合うものを選んでくれていました。各物件のメリット・デメリットや賃貸市場のことを率直にお話してもらえたり、素人が図面を見ただけではわからない細かいところまで気が付き「プロだなぁ」と思いました(この部屋はエアコンが設置できないかも…とか、実際見に行くとそうでした)。
結局少し遠いエリアの物件を契約したのですが嫌な顔せず内見に行かせてもらえました。
また最初は私ひとりで行き、2回目に夫も連れていきましたが対応が変わらず話してくださったことも個人的に嬉しかったです。
