★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の12:30頃に訪問。満席で並ぶこと15分くらいで席に着けました。人気店なんですね。
特製中華そばを注文して5分くらいで着丼(速い！)。
鶏がら鶏油を感じるまろやか醤油ラーメンで最近よくある感じだけど、麺にコシがあり最後までのびずに食せるのと、ネギがざく切りで食感を楽しめるのが、好みのポイントでした。
再訪したいお店です。
Visited around 12:30 on Saturday. It took about 15 minutes to get a seat in line with full seats. It's a popular store.
I ordered a special Chinese noodle and got a bowl in about 5 minutes (fast!).
It's a mellow soy sauce ramen that feels chicken and chicken oil, but I like the fact that the noodles are chewy and can be eaten until the end, and that you can enjoy the texture by chopping the green onions.
This is the shop I want to visit again.

11:50頃で待ちが数人。１人で行くとカウンターへ早めに通される可能性あり。
特製中華そばを頂きました。結論から言うと優しい美味さのあるラーメンでした。好み。
鶏の油の香りがふわっとずっとあり、スープは味はしっかりしてるけどまろやかで食べ飽きませんでした。
麺もつるっといけて、細麺ですが歯応えもあり食べやすい。全粒粉が入ってるからかな？
卵は凄くとろとろレベルの半熟っぷり。２種類のチャーシューは薄めだけど麺と一緒に食べやすかったです。
シナチクは太くて食感楽しい。
１人来店や女性も入りやすいと思います。

スープは丸鶏を使用した旨味たっぷりの醤油味。
麺は細麺ストレートで濃いめのスープがほどよく絡む。
チャーシューは鶏と豚ロースが各1枚、あっさり目の味付けで食感が柔らかい。
メンマは味濃く染みていて柔らかながら筋もある。
他白ネギ、カイワレがトッピング。

The noodles are thin noodles straight and thick soup is entwined moderately.
The char siu has one chicken and one pork loin, and the texture is soft with a light seasoning.
Menma has a strong taste and is soft but has streaks.

外から見ると細長くて狭いのかと思いきや，スペースにゆとりがあり，狭苦しさは感じません。私が行った時は一番手前のカウンター席で，赤子連れのママさんがベビーカーを傍に食べていましたが，後ろを通るのも全然余裕。女性１人でも入りやすい雰囲気かも。
で，期間限定の鮪まぜそばですが，麺の弾力がまるで縄のよう（笑）。しかしこの硬さが，ちゃんと美味しさに直結しています。博多ラーメンのハリガネとか粉落としが硬いのとは全く意味が違う。ただ，歯の弱い人は避けたほうがよいかも。
味もガッツリ魚を感じられますがそれでいて臭みはなく，イガイガ感もありません。全体的に，丁寧な仕事をされている一杯だと感じます。
１つ難点を言うと，シンプルに冷たい（笑）。麺を冷水でしめているので当然っちゃ当然ですが，かといってこれを真冬に食べたいかというとやや微妙。また，この限定メニューに関しては大盛りや替え玉ができないみたいなので，大食いの人はサイドメニューが必要かもしれません。

One difficulty is that it's simply cold (laughs). It's natural because the noodles are soaked in cold water, but it's a little delicate if you want to eat this in the middle of winter. Also, it seems that you can't make a large serving or a replacement ball for this limited menu, so if you are a big eater, you may need a side menu.
