★ ★ ★ ★ ★ わたしは去る4月28に自宅で木の伐採している際に、チェーンソーで親指の第一関節と第二関節の所を切ってしまいさほど出血はでなかっので、取り敢えず抗生物質で一週間ぐらいに様子見ましたが、余り良くならないので、2021年5月10日に田中外科医こに診察を予約し、見て貰うことになりました。
診察室では田中陽一医師が目視で、これなら抗生物質で取り敢えず対うできると言われて3日間点滴抗生物質を3日間投与しその後は家では飲む抗生物質とり、数日後痛み止め、胃薬をもらい帰る事になりました‼️
しかしこの時点でしっかりとレントゲン及び血液検査をしていたら、わたし親ゆびの骨折及び剥離脱臼は発見され壊死も筋も腐るこもなく、親指切断される事は無かった‼️尚、この時に血液検査と撮影検査義務を怠ったため、さいだいな医療判断ミスにつながった‼️

In the doctor's office, Dr. Yoichi Tanaka visually told me that I could deal with antibiotics for the time being, and I took antibiotics for 3 days, then took antibiotics to drink at home, and after a few days I got painkillers and stomach medicine. I'm going home !! ️
However, if I had a thorough X-ray and blood test at this point, my parent's fracture and dislocation were found, and there was no necrosis, no muscle rot, and no thumb amputation! ️ In addition, because I neglected the obligation of blood test and photography test at this time, it led to a slight medical judgment mistake! ️
