土曜日、祝日だと食べ飲み放題3000円でいけるのがいい。
A cheap and delicious restaurant. It's on the outskirts of the west exit of Shinjuku, so it's hard to find the location, but it's a good shop.
On Saturdays and public holidays, you should be able to eat and drink for 3000 yen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチタイムに行きました。他の方も書いている通りお店のある地下1階までエレベーターで降りると目の前がすぐ客席だったのでびっくりしました。
注文した石鍋麻婆豆腐はノーマルでも激辛でおかわり自由のご飯が進みました。アツアツでとてもおいしかったです。夜は食べ放題/飲み放題のメニューもあるらしいのでまた訪問したいです。
残念ながらクレジットカードは5,000円からとの事。平気で(クレジットカード会社との)加盟店契約違反をしているので星3つとします。

The Ishinabe Mapo tofu I ordered was spicy even though it was normal, and the rice was free to refill. It was hot and very delicious. There seems to be an all-you-can-eat / all-you-can-drink menu at night, so I would like to visit again.
Unfortunately, credit cards start at 5,000 yen. I am willing to violate the merchant contract (with the credit card company), so I will give it 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古びたビルの地下にあり怪しげな雰囲気。エレベーターが開くといきなりテーブルが現れる。アメックスの30％キャッシュバック対象店だったため行ったが、クレジットカードは5000円からと言われ使えなかった。規約違反。刀削麺はゴムみたいでスープは薄い感じ。近くのシーアンのほうがいい。

I went there because it was a store eligible for 30% cash back from Amex, but I couldn't use the credit card because it was said to start at 5,000 yen. Violation of the rules. The sword-cut noodles are like rubber and the soup is thin. The nearby Xian is better.

約1ヶ月前に6人で予約しました。
予約日に、下見がてらランチを食べに行きました。
ランチも盛況で、満席でした。
美味しい中華を久々にいただいたので、皆さんに喜んでいただけると思い予約をしました。
楽しみにしていましたが、当日の予約１時間前に片言の日本語で電話があり、他の団体が入り、席の確保が難しくなって、3人、3人で分かれてしまうと…。
そんなこと今まであったことないし、予約した意味が全くない！！
それも予約当日１時間前に電話で連絡！！
出席者に対応ができない…。
ありえない…。最悪！！
ほんとありえない…。
急遽別の店を探しましたが、
もう二度とここには行くことないでしょう！
幹事の顔が丸潰れ…。
最低…
最悪でした。

新宿西口の繁華街エリアの端にあります。
エビチリと石鍋麻婆豆腐が美味しかったです。
特に麻婆豆腐は辛いけれどコクがあって、一丁まるごとの豆腐を崩しながら食べるのが珍しいです。
店員さんはホールに1名なので注文が重なると忙しくて応答できないことがあります。
席はやや狭い感じでしたので、ゆったりと座りたい場合には向かないです。
