★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful attention to detail and hand made fresh noodles, 手もみ麺 made in front of you. We all had the shoyu and it was awesome. There were two kinds of chashu, one was very lean, the other slightly less so, which was also heated with a blow torch. They spoke some English and were very welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a must! It was very hard to find and there was a big line (around 10 people, all locals). The place is tiny and the ramen is delicious, one of the best we had in Japan. Noodles are handmade, menus are not in english but the waitress will help you (she was super friendly).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cozy joint has great tasting ramen (I went for the ginger based soup). Enjoyed watching the chef taking all his time preparing in front of you. This place can only accommodate seven guests at a time, hence the queue outside, but it's all worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first meal my boyfriend had in Japan. The whole experience has its sentimental value to us. The freshness of the noodles, the delicious soup, paired with sake, yummy! It seems to be a family run ramen restaurant. Like most of the ramen restaurant, it's cozy and small, counter seats only. We loved everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made from scratch ramen, cooked and prepared in front of you. Super flavorful, good to the last slurp. English menu & owner spoke some English. Small interior: you queue up outside while waiting for a seat. Very happy we found this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little bit disappointment. We saw a great review here. But the taste of the ramen is a bit plain. Shashu was ok but not great. Noodle cooked perfectly. And we wait for very long. 10 people before us and we waited like 1:20 hrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best ramen ever, the search has ended. It was extremely delicious, it had fresh noodles, balanced and complex broth (I ordered ginger) and exquisite pork. Watching them prepare the ramen is a performance on a spotless kitchen, plus service was warm and welcoming. Katsu don was also amazing.
