★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on the public holiday, the traffic was really bad. it was suppose to be a 20 mins bus ride, it took me almost 2 hours to get to the outlet from the station. A lot of cars trying to get into the outlet. I suggest you to go there on a weekday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a huge, still pretty new shopping venue with all kinds of shops/restaurants. If you're in Shiga prefecture you might as well visit for a few hours. Be prepared to spend a great deal of money.

The price sometimes doesn't seem to be the price of an outlet, but sometimes it has good sales. So, you need to have a little bit luck to get good deals. The most famous world brands like Adidas, Nike, Puma, Armani, Polo, GAP, Zara, Crocs, Columbia, Under Armor, Swarovski, Ray-Ban, American Eagle etc, have been represented here. Shortly: the structure is fantastic, with a lot of stores to visit.
