★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap everything, groceries, clothes(H&M), the only Burger King left near Kyoto. Downside is it's on the east side of Lake Biwa so you need to pay toll on the bridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a regular shopping mall, but the differential for me is that they have some stores that other malls in this region does not have, such as H&M, Zara, Stradivarius and Bershka. But they are missing a Uniqlo store. Wide variety of options for eating, such as burguer king, Jack donuts, bakery, Chinese and Japanese restaurants.
