ランチコースをいただきましたが、その店名の通り、料理の多くを素材からシェフご自身が作られています。
イタリアの各地で修行されたその経験から、日本ではあまり知られることのないイタリア郷土料理の奥深さ、その知識と共に頂くお料理はここでしか得られない体験です。
岐阜では10年以上もの間VIPの固定客で賑わっていたそうです。

A new Italian restaurant with a focus on ingredients, taste and wine, located in the storehouse of Nagono and Yokkamichi, the hottest area in Nagoya. All the dishes that make use of the ingredients, mainly the seasonal ingredients of the ground, have a pleasant finish. The homemade Hida beef ham makes you want to enjoy the taste and texture of the two different parts. The wine collection also has a great selection. Before coming to Nagoya, it was a famous store in Gifu where reservations could not be made. I understand that fans are still coming from Gifu. A hideaway restaurant that you will want to visit again every season.
