行列にそのまま並ぶシステムです。食券購入はありません。順に詰めていって先頭になると人数を聞かれ、順番が来れば席を案内してくれます。 先客が8名いましたが、15分ほどで着席できました。 店内はテーブル3席とカウンター、外に大小のテーブルがひとつづつ。 注文はオーダー式です。着席後すぐに取りに来てくれます。 ラーメンができたら呼ばれてカウンターに取りに行きます。 パーコーメンのパーコー別皿、薬味多めで注文しました。 スープはオーソドックスな中華料理店の醤油ラーメンという感じ。麺は細麺で小麦の味が濃く、博多ラーメンのような食感で美味しいです。 口コミにあるようなスープの油っこさは全く感じませんでした。パーコーが入ると油が溶け出してスープにコクも出ます。ラーメン自体の量も多いとは感じません。ごく一般的な量だと思います。パーコーは結構な量で二人でシェアするとちょうどよい感じでした。 全体として美味しいラーメンでした。次は一番人気の塩パーコーを試したいですね。 外のテーブルは大と小があって、今回着席した小の方にはニンニクと豆板醤、ティッシュがありませんでした。 お客さんは近所の家族連れが多く、ラーメン好きのお一人様は5分の1くらいかな? ごちそうさまでした。

土曜日の12時頃に訪れました 5人ほど待ち並びでしたが、流れは早くさほど待ちません。 店内と外席がありますが、一人だったのでカウンターに通される。 他のかたのレビューでみた塩ラーメン、半半、別盛り、薬味多目という呪文を唱えてみたら、通った。 隣の餃子が美味しそうで追加したくなるが、頼んだラーメンのボリュームが解らないから堪える。 薬味の緑が鮮やかな丼と、別盛りのパーコーは意外と早く来ました。 油層が多目に見えますが、油っこい感じは余りしません、さっぱりした美味しいスープと、博多ラーメンみたいなストレート麺が良い感じ。薬味多目がよかったのかな? 麺は固めな湯で上がりで、少し小麦感が味わえます。 パーコーはそのままでも美味しいですが 食べる前にスープに浸して頂きました。 あと、チャーシューが美味しいので、半々にする理由が分かりました、これは食べないと、となりますね。 味が濃いから、半ライスが有っても良いかも 今度はネギラーメンと餃子かな?
