★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二回ほど食べましたが、どうしてもここで食べたいという方以外は徒歩圏内の同じような家系の秦家に言った方がいいかな？
業務用スープ反対派ではないけども、この店は全体的に値段が高く、コスパの良さを感じられません。
味も同じ業務用スープでも美味しい店は沢山ありますし、三ノ輪近辺ではトイボックスやジョニーや桃天花や鳥パイタンの店など様々なので、頭にも書いたようにどうしてもここで食べたいという方以外は別の店をおすすめします。
味の方は極々普通の資本系家系ラーメンでした。
後、これ系の店って何で店員が日本人じゃ無いことがほとんどなんですかね。
ワンオペが多いし、そこら辺を値段に還元してくれれば星はもうひとつあがったかな？

一般的な横浜家系と比べると薄めなので濃いめを注文するといいかもしれません。
正し、麺は小麦の風味濃いめです。
The soup is delicious.
It's thinner than the general Yokohama family, so you may want to order a darker one.
Correctly, the noodles have a strong wheat flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おすすめ▷▶︎▷▶︎麺の硬さ 柔らかめ 濃いめ 油の多さ普通が5回ぐらい行った中でベストだと思った。特に麺の硬さは柔らかめがガチで美味かった。
濃いめに関しては人の好みだと思う！！
トッピングは写真下の写真見てください！
ライスは食べ放題。ここのいいところはほうれん草が多いことです。ご飯進みます！
値段もそこそこ安い気がする

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 『横浜家系』とか名乗っちゃうから、物申したくなってしまうが、最近ではこれが『家系』と認知されているのも事実。気軽に立ち寄れる事もありがたいけど、家系ラーメンを食べた満足感はほぼ無し。
It's tempting to say something like "Yokohama family", but it's also true that this is recently recognized as "family". I'm grateful that I can drop in casually, but I'm almost not satisfied with eating Iekei Ramen.

2時前に入店しましたが、店員さんを含めて誰もいませんでした。
券売機で食券を先に購入するスタイルです。
お冷は、レモン水。
ライスが無料です。
家系のラーメンの中では、味はちょい濃いめです。
