★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いい肉を使ってるのでしょうが、ランチで行くには若干高い値段設定。
一番安いのは広島牛6％入りハンバーグですが、6％を注文するのは自分が凄くみすぼらしく感じられ、店の人に軽蔑されてるのではと思ってしまいます(あくまでコッチの思い込みですが)。
ハンバーグに目玉焼きをトッピングしたら、カチカチに焼けた目玉焼きでした。ハンバーグにトロっとしてない目玉焼きは無意味だと思います。これがこの店のデフォルトなのか失敗したのかは分かりませんが、焼き過ぎた目玉焼きをそのまま提供するような店は意識が低いと思います。
主人が「オレのハンバーグに半熟は合わないんだ」というこだわりを持ち、あえて固めに焼いているのならスミマセン。

I don't know if this is the default for this store or it has failed, but I think the store that offers overbaked fried eggs as it is is less conscious.
If the husband has a commitment that "I'm not fit for my hamburger," and if I dare bake it, Sumimasen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 道路沿いにある店で、いつもお客さんがいないので気になり行ってみました。まず瓶ビールはぬるく、グラスに汚れ有り。ハンバーグは今まで食べたハンバーグで一番味気なくソースでカバーされているという感じでした。肉の質は下の下。星1も付ける価値がありません。お客さんがいないのにはそれなりの理由があるんだと勉強になりました。

まず、家庭料理店のような内装に似合わない重厚なクラシック音楽に違和感を感じる。
他に客は一組しかいないのに30分近く経ってようやく料理が出てきた。
この時点でかなり嫌な予感。
広島牛を使用しているというハンバーグは焼きすぎてパサパサ、肉汁なし。ステーキはペラペラ。ソースもかなり塩辛い味付け。
添え物の玉ねぎは火が通りきっておらずとても辛いため残してしまった。（この玉ねぎがありえない程最悪だった）
美味しかったのはサラダと白米だけ。
しかも値段は2人で7,000円と割高。
1,000円でも食べたくない、せいぜい価値は300円といったところ。
店の前を車で通り過ぎる際いつも客がいないのを気になっていたが納得。
店を開いていいレベルじゃない。
客単価を上げて店を維持したいのかもしれないが、被害者を少なくするためにも早く潰れたほうがいい。
ここより美味しくて安いステーキ&ハンバーグ店はいくらでもある。
今行こうか検討している人は別の店をおすすめする。というかファミレスのほうがはるかにまし。笑い話にもならないヒドさで良い点は全くなし。
1点どころか0点以下、逆にここまでセンスがないのが凄い。
これまで以上のようなネガティブな投稿はしないように心掛けてきたが、あまりに酷い夕食で後悔しかないため投稿させてもらいました。

The hamburger that uses Hiroshima beef is overcooked and has no savory or gravy. Steak is fluffy. The sauce is also quite salty.
The onion sauce was left out because the fire had not passed and it was very spicy. (It was the worst thing I couldn't have this onion)
Only salad and white rice were delicious.
Moreover, the price is expensive at 7,000 yen for two people.
I don't want to eat it for 1,000 yen, but the value is at most 300 yen.
I was always worried that there were no customers when passing by car in front of the store, but I was satisfied.
It is not a level to open a store.
Perhaps you want to increase your average spend per customer and maintain the store, but it's better to get crushed quickly to reduce the number of victims.
There are plenty of delicious and cheaper steak and hamburgers than here.
If you're considering going now, we recommend another store. Or rather, family restaurant is much better. There is no good point in the ridiculousness that can not be a funny story.
It is amazing that there is no sense so far, not less than 1 point.
I've been trying not to post such negative posts as before, but I was so terrible at dinner that I only regretted it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチにデザートセットでハンバーグをいただきました。味噌系のソースにしたが、わたしには味つけが辛くて濃かったです。白米は好みの水加減でおいしかったです。また行きたいので、次回は別のソースを選びたいなと思いました。量のバリエーションもあって選択肢はあるので客層は広く、若い人から年配まで利用されてるようでした。
I had a hamburger with a dessert set for lunch. The miso sauce was used, but the flavor was spicy and deep for me. The white rice was delicious with your favorite water. I wanted to go again, so next time I wanted to choose another source. Because of the variation in the amount and the choices available, the customer base was wide and seemed to be used from young to elderly.

広島牛か国産牛を使ったハンバーグがメインです。
それぞれ100%使用かどちらかが6%ブレンドされているかという面白いメニューがあります。
ソースもカラシマヨと濃い味付けがありますが、塩コショウでもしっかり味が出ています。
一度、広島牛の口溶けを知ったら自宅でのハンバーグが固く感じます(笑)
