知り合いによると、6ヶ月分くらい請求されて裁判を起こしたところ、敷金が少し戻ってきた。裁判ではきれいに使っているのに壁紙はビリビリになったと言って写真を見せてみろと言うと沈黙したとか、クリーニングできれいになる普通の汚れを写真に撮って提示して来たりと悪徳だと言ってました。国土交通省のガイドラインも関係ないから守る義務はないとハッキリ言ったりしたそうで、公的ルール無視。クリーニングその他の請求も、特にサービスの違いが無いのに高く請求。
さらに、今時更新の時に家賃を上げて来るそうですよ。
最低の業者と思われ、私は絶対関わりません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賃貸住宅に付属の駐車場を契約したかったのですが空き区画が勾配のキツい場所しか空いていなかったので、大家さんと話をして平らな駐車場にしばらく車を置かせてもらってました。(大家さんのお客様用)
しかし、ここの仲介業者の田上という営業マンに空き区画を契約するよう言われました。
妻が妊婦だったため、空き区画契約後も大家さんの善意で来客がない時にはお客様用駐車場に止めさせてもらっていました。
契約前に平らな区画が空いたら移動したい旨を伝えており、平らな区画が空いたので移動をお願いした際に、新規契約手数料がかかると言われました。空き区画契約時に移動の際は手数料がかかる説明など一切ありませんでしたし、それどころか移動したい旨を聞いた記憶がないと言われ呆れています。
いま契約中の区画はベビーカーの積み下ろしなど頑張れば出来るかもしれませんが決して安全ではないです。妻1人では絶対無理です。
当初、そこの区画しか空いてないなら引っ越しも考えていましたし、その旨も営業マンに伝えてます。
空いたら移動する旨の書面などは交わしていないので、立場的にはこちらが弱くなると思います。手数料をケチってるわけではなく、営業マンの態度が気に食わなかったので人生で初めてレビューを書きました。
とりあえずここの仲介業者は使わないことをお勧めします。

Initially, I was thinking of moving if only that section was empty, and I also told the sales representative.
I haven't written anything about moving when it's free, so I think this will weaken from a standpoint. I wasn't keen on fees, and I didn't like the attitude of the sales people, so I wrote a review for the first time in my life.
For the time being, we recommend that you do not use the intermediary here.

入居した時点で什器が壊れており、交換対応に約一年かかりまだ直っておりません。
