★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoy what feels like a high end restaurant without breaking the bank.
They do charge a 500¥ per person fee and a drink you must buy. So off the bat, you are at ~1200¥ per person, but the menu items are cheap. Main dish for 1500¥, side items for 300-800¥. All in all, expect to pay about 3000-4000¥ per person.
It reminded me of some fancy restaurant in the movie goodfellas. Small tables bunched together with piano music playing. Everyone dressed a little nice. Waiters were very professional and nice.
The food was surprisingly generous portion. For the low price in a fancy restaurant, I was sure we had to order several plates to be full, but that wasn't the case. I felt the taste needed work. I still much prefer perfected Japanese food in japan, but if you're looking for a nice date night, out this on your list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for date night or social gathering with friends. Also kid friendly, although not as many food options. Bit on the pricey side, but the food and service is excellent. Make a reservation or get there early to avoid the constant crowds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This French restaurant is a good choice. Furthermore, the cost is unbelievably low compared to other French restaurants. We can afford to eat great french meals here with listening to jazz playing. Always there are many people, so you need to reserve a table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 13,000 yen I could feed us both on a full bottle of Louis Vutton Champagne ? 6000 yen. Steak filet, foie gras , potatoes salad, and sea urchin moose. The steak fillet eaten together with the liver was sublime.
Special mention about the fries! They were Aaamazing, especially with the champagne - not sparkling wine.
Everything was tasty and affordable! I actually got full!
