★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カメラ交換が1万円弱。アップルケアで無償でした。予約してなかったので6人くらいの後ろから並んで修理の必要性を判断。その後、i pod touch で処理して整理券もらう。10人待ちくらいなので1-1:30hくらい後に担当者が変わり故意かどうかなどの精密検査。その後30分くらいで修理してもらいました。
 Camera exchange is less than 10,000 yen. It was free with Apple Care. I didn't make a reservation, so about 6 people lined up from behind and decided the need for repair. After that, process with i pod touch and get a numbered ticket. Since about 10 people are waiting, it will be carefully checked if the person in charge changes intentionally after 1-1: 30 h. After that, I had them repaired in about 30 minutes.

結局、修理代が思ったより高かったのでそのままお隣のdocomoで新しいものを購入しましたが満足です。

Appleのサポートと話して、iPhoneの背面の問題があるから店舗に行った方がいいと言われたのでこの店に来店したが、この店の理屈だと背面の問題ありと表示が出てるのが、問題なく使えるから故障ではないらしい。バッテリーも減りが無茶苦茶早くなったのでそれも併せて話したら、81%だから正常だって。
異常だから来店しているのに、店員の松井さん、あなたの言い方は人の感情を逆撫でするだけだよ。これ以上の対応を求めるならアップルストアに行ってくれって。なにそれ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いろいろ事前に検索して、携帯ショップで補償のオプションをつけていなかったので修理費が高いのではないかと思っていましたが大丈夫でした。
やはり一度見積もりをしてから正規の修理にするかどうするか検討するべきだと思いました。私は満足しました。
お昼過ぎはかなり混んでいました。16時ごろは空いていたので多分、即日修理品を受け取りたい人が早めの時間に殺到するんじゃないかなと思います。
予約時間からさらに呼ばれるまで時間がかかり、修理もすぐにはできないので、閉店時間から逆算してギリギリで行くと間に合わないと思います。
電話での問い合わせには丁寧に対応していただきました。

This is a small store, run very efficiently. Arrive when they open to get the quickest service. Otherwise, expect to spend several hours waiting to complete your service request.
