説明も分かりやすくしていただきました。
後日、携帯をAndroidからiPhoneに替えた時もお願いし、私のスキルではとても手に負えないこともスムーズにしていただきました。
知り合いに紹介したら、家でのWi-Fiが入る部屋と入らない部屋があるのも全部屋しっかり入るようにしてもらったそうです。

お電話した当日に見て頂けてとっても丁寧な対応でした。
私の持ち込んだノーパソのバッテリーは交換が必要らしくネットで見るとかなりの高額商品。
その中で時間を掛けてなるべく安い商品を探してくれた上にご自分のポイント使って更に安くバッテリーを購入して頂きました。
商品到着が4日後。
その次の日に交換してもらいました。
交換時間も30分程度で楽しくお話ししながら待つことが出来ました。
そして予算の半額以下で交換出来ました。
丁寧な対応と親近感のわく話し方で、また何かトラブルがあった時には必ずリピしてしまうと思います。
