うわ!レビュー見て行くべきでしたな! 自分の場合はiPhoneの設定からバッテリー交換をポチポチしてたら、この店が5400円で当日バッテリー交換出来ると書いてあったので、早速予約して横浜まで約1時間かけて行きました。予約時間まで店内で待たされて時間が来てお呼びがかかり受付していると色々な条件が書かれたiPadを読まされ、同意にチェックし、私のiPhoneが膨れてるから破損してないか?チェックしますとの事で5分くらい待たされて破損箇所は無いとの事で、ようやくバッテリー交換完了まで1時間後との事で受付20分ほどで終了しましたが、最初iPhone設定の時に書いてた値段より500円チョイくらい値上がりし、見積もり金額は5900チョイ円になりますと。店員が言うには膨れのチェックをしたために値段が上がりました。との事。やれやれ!そうゆー商法かよ!?と私は思いましたが、後に予定があったため早くして欲しかったので何も言わずに宜しくお願いします。と店を出て1時間後受け取りに戻ると他の店員から、お客様のiPhoneは正規店以外でバッテリー交換されてますので、今回こちらのお店で交換し故障が見つかった場合は必ず35000円お支払い頂いて機械を交換して貰う事になりますと、言われカチーン!と来てとりあえず1時間待たせる前に色々調べてたはずなのに、この言い訳。さらに機械を交換するだと!?35000円払って同じ機種にするわけないだろうが!?と胸の内でした。 ああ、この店はそうやって修理品は難癖付けて結局は機械交換して儲けてる商法か!と悟りました。 そしてキャンセルし、店を出て他にiPhoneバッテリー交換してくれる店をGoogleマップで探したら見事に近所にiPhone修理店があり、そこに行くとなんと?バッテリー交換が2948円なあげくに交換時間10分!では店内で待たせて貰いますと言うとコロナ対策で店内でのお待ちは御遠慮頂いてますと丁寧にコロナ対策されてました。さらに、お店のレビューを書くと画面保護のシール無料で貼りつけていただき、店員さんの説明では、電池膨れてたのを交換した場合不具合出る可能性あると親切に教えていただき、1週間様子見て、もし、電池の減りが早かったりおかしな時は保証ありますから来店して下さいとの事。これが本来の修理屋さんの商法ですね。いやいや、その時は親切な修理屋さんにお手間をかけるまでも無く買い替えますよ!と思いましたね。 値段もですが、対応においてもカメラのキタムラが悪徳業者に思えましたね。 もし、電池交換し、それでもiPhoneおかしな時は最新のiPhoneに買い換えるっつうの!35000円払って同じ機種にするか!アホかな?と思いましたね。とりあえず数年経った製品は良心的な修理屋さんに安価で依頼し、それでもダメなら買い換えるがセオリーですね。 カメラのキタムラの機械取り替え35000円商法にはビビりましたわ!まじで!

修理していただいたiPhoneを受取りに行ったところ、店内で待つように言われました。 満席だったので、ガラガラの写真プリント用の席に座ったところ、嫌味っぽい言い方で、「プリントをご利用ですか」と眼鏡の40-50代の女性のカメラのキタムラスタッフに言われました。 こんなところに書いておいてなんですが、心の狭いスタッフだなぁと思い嫌な気分になりました。 Apple修理のスタッフの方々は親切なので残念です。 次からは別の店舗に修理を頼みます。

ネットで事前予約の上、iPhoneの画面割れの修理を依頼した。カメラのレンズも割れていたので、それだったら本体ごと交換の方が割安になりますと助言をいただいて、同一商品の在庫があることを確認の上で全交換していただいた。対応いただいた若い女性の店員さんの対応は感じも良くプロフェッショナルで、操作にも習熟しており、特に問題はなかった。来店からトータルで20-30分程度で全て終了し、とてもスムーズだった。

Extremely poor service. Customer service is rubbish and staff doesn’t know how to talk with clients. I was suggested by apple staff through chat service that this place is one of the places where they can view my problem and give possible solution. When I told them my case number the woman at the counter starting pissing off claiming that they cannot do it which is actually fine but she could manage telling me it in more polite way. First I thought she did so because I was a foreigner but after reading negative comments from local people I understood that this place is an ultimate rubbish!!!
