金曜の18:40頃でした。
コロナの影響？

SMBCは向かい側です。

支店は、８階
ATMは、２階と８階
２階のATMは２台あり、２４時間営業。入口はロックされていて、キャッシュカードを挿入すると解除されるシステム。高島屋前の歩道橋から直接行けます。８階へはATMコーナー左奥のエレベーターにて上がる事ができます。

ATM is on the 2nd and 8th floors
There are 2 ATMs on the 2nd floor and open 24 hours. A system where the entrance is locked and is released when a cash card is inserted. You can go directly from the pedestrian bridge in front of Takashimaya. You can go up to the 8th floor with the elevator at the left back of the ATM corner.
