★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 窓口、声が小さすぎる。並んでないのにくだらないことで待たせすぎる。なぞの昭和システムでこの銀行は便利じゃない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近場で給料振込みの口座作るため行ったら区の管轄がちがうから作れないとかたくなに拒否。どうしてうちみたいなところで口座作るんだみたいな。えっ❓ここ銀行だよね。一見さんお断りって感じでした。こんな銀行で新規口座作るのはオススメできません。

多忙な時期に急遽開設に伺ったところとても迅速で臨機応援な対応をしていただきました。前後の連絡やフォローも素晴らしく、とても安心でした。ナナウミさん？という行員さんの営業時間外にも関わらず笑顔で誠実な対応に感動しました。また励みになる言葉もかけてくださり素敵な方でした。きっと良い職場環境なんだろうなと感じました。
