C	Cait sith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅ローン相談の来店予約をするため電話したところ、対応した女性に「あなたの名前は」という聞き方から電話応対マニュアルは無いのかと思う。また、住宅ローンに付く保険や、いつまでにローン契約をしなくてはいけないのか分からないことだらけで不安で相談したく連絡しましたと伝えるも「担当者が居ないから、取り急ぎであれば不動産会社に聞いて下さい」と繰り返し言われるだけで、かなりの塩対応です。電話対応してくれた女性に面倒くさがられてしまったのか、結局来店予約は出来ませんでした。 When I called to make a reservation for a mortgage loan consultation, I wonder if there is a telephone response manual from the woman who responded, "What is your name?"
