高い買い物ですが、担当して下さった方のような接客でしたら、また行きたいと思えます。
 The woman who was in charge was a very pleasant person who responded firmly to our request.
It's an expensive purchase, but if you're serving customers like the one in charge, you'll want to go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ティファニーの婚約指輪を貰ったので結婚指輪を探しに来店。店内は凄く混んでいてなかなか商品をみれなかった。待っていても放置する店員が多く、１人の店員(50代くらいのショートカットのおばさん)に声をかけたが事務的で接客態度が悪かった。他のお店もみてみると伝えると「ありがとうございましたー」適当で冷たい挨拶で帰された。たまたま悪い店員に当たったか、わくわくドキドキで結婚指輪を探しに来たのに無駄な時間を過ごしたし本当に不愉快な気持ちになった。人気があるからって見下してる感じです。2度と利用しません
I got Tiffany's engagement ring, so I came to the store to look for a wedding ring. The store was very crowded and I couldn't see the products. There were many clerk who left even if they waited, and I called out to one clerk (aunt with a shortcut in her 50s), but she was clerical and had a bad customer service attitude. When I told him that I would look at other shops, he said "Thank you" and returned with an appropriate and cold greeting. I happened to hit a bad clerk, or I was thrilled to find a wedding ring, but I wasted a lot of time and felt really uncomfortable. I feel like I'm looking down because it's popular. I will never use it again

オリーブのシリーズだけを勧められ、好みではなかったので、なんとなく何も買わずお店を出ていました。
ケースに出ていたもの以外のシリーズも気になっていたのに、その日に身に付けていたティファニー製品のクリーニングがメインな感じになって、ピカピカになるのは嬉しいし、有難いことですが、新しいのを購入したくて店舗に行ったのになんとなく買えなかった。。
コロナ禍でデパートに行くのを控えている中、伺ったので、次はいつ店舗に行く機会が出来るか分かりません。
なぜクリーニングだけで帰ってきたのだろう？？。。
なんとなくティファニーは卒業なのか。。残念です。。。

色々なブランド店を見て回りましたが、しっくりくるのがティファニーの指輪でした。
担当して頂いた店員さんが親切で優しく丁寧な説明と対応で、彼と話し合ってティファニーに決めました。
満足いく指輪が決まって嬉しいです。
出来るのが来月なので、指輪を付ける日が待ち遠しいねって彼と話しました。

I visited to buy a wedding ring.
I went around various brand stores, but the one that fits nicely was the Tiffany ring.
The clerk in charge talked with him and decided on Tiffany with a kind, kind and polite explanation and response.
